Santa Barbara City College's International Student Support Program is designed to help international students reach their academic and personal goals! The program is organized into two components; the English Language Studies Program (ELSP) and the International Student Academic Program (ISAP).

ESL - The English Language Studies Program, which is designed for students who would like to study English as a second language, is an intensive language program for beginning to advanced level students who wish to improve their English skills before taking other college/university courses. Both the ESL Department and the International Student Support Program provide ELSP students with special assistance and guidance as well as free tutoring to ensure students' academic success.

ISAP - The International Student Academic Program is designed for students who are prepared to take non-ESL academic courses. SBCC offers a diverse array of programs and courses and is a recognized leader in transferring well-prepared students to four-year colleges and universities.
