Santa Barbara City College's International Student Support Program is designed to help international students reach their academic and personal goals! The program is organized into two components; the English Language Studies Program (ELSP) and the International Student Academic Program (ISAP).

ESL - The English Language Studies Program, which is designed for students who would like to study English as a second language, is an intensive language program for beginning to advanced level students who wish to improve their English skills before taking other college/university courses. Both the ESL Department and the International Student Support Program provide ELSP students with special assistance and guidance as well as free tutoring to ensure students' academic success.
